Dram light after EXPO B650-F then posting

Hello . 

I activated "EXPO I" for my G.Skill 6000mhz and since then every time I reboot there's a DRAM light showing up for maybe 20-30sec and then it's posting

Everything working smooth, very stable no real issues except the extended booting time.

Some articles says it's normal, some says it's not

I checked that the ram sits good, checked the tightness of the water cooler on the cpu, updated BIOS..

Everything seems fine.

Anyone have any solution for this?

RAM: G.Skill 6000mhz TZ5NR expo (QVL)

Cpu : 7800X3D

MB : B650E-F

It's just doing memory retraining every boot. You can get faster boot times by enabling memory context restore.

Is it ok to disable it? 

Although now after you explained it I don't mind it if it is keeping the health of the parts for longer time

If not, I might just cancel the training

You mean enabling it? I would if I were you. I have it enabled, faster boots and it only does the memory training every now and then instead of every single boot. There's not really anything to indicate that keeping it disabled would extend the lifespan.

MCR bypasses certain POST memory training routines. Prior to enabling I always recommend that you perform some preliminary memory stress tests. I'd recommend Karhu Ram Test, HCI Memtest Pro or TM5
