Dowloaded animation for Anime Matrix not showing up in Armoury Crate on ROG X670E-Extreme

One of the animations that I have chosen to dowload do not show up in the software to use. Halloween Festival is supposed to be supported for my board but it does not show up after downloading.

Thank you for reaching out.
Could you confirm if your current hardware setup is the same as before, and what the current Armoury Crate version is?
Kindly also follow the previous steps to share the log file that records the issue, specifically the animation download attempt that didn’t successfully appear in the available downloads list. 

For log operation steps, please refer to "Q5: What is App Diagnostics? (New Feature)" and ensure that you have confirmed and checked the "Record Log" option before proceeding with the steps to replicate the issue, such as the unsuccessful download or failure to apply the animations.
And kindly provide the screenshots of the error message and record a video simultaneously and provide it to us, allowing us to better correlate the log with the actual scenario.

We will consult your case with our engineering team and further investigate this matter.

Thank you for your message. Hardware is the same as before, Armoury Crate version is 5.9.9.0. Is there any way to re-dowload the animation?

After further consultation with our engineers, we confirmed that the relevant features include "Festive Effects" and "Festive Effects Options."
The Festive Effects are that once downloaded and applied, it will trigger screen, Aura, or AniMe Matrix effects during Halloween or when opening Armoury Crate. The Festive Effects Options includes special Halloween icons that will disappear after the holiday.

In the 'Halloween Festival' section, could you clarify which item you were referring to in the image below? 

We have also confirmed that the ROG CROSSHAIR X670E EXTREME would only support AniMe Matrix, as shown in the red mark.
Unsupported effects will not appear in the applicable list as they are incompatible.

It was an Anime Matrix animation, which comes up when you filter the downloadable content for the Anime Matrix by motherboard and only supported selected. This should work with the X670E Extreme.

Yes, I am aware of that. I have downloaded both of the aminations that you have shown marked in red but only one shows up in the list of animations to use in the Anime Matrix panel where you select animations to use after downloading them (not in the downloadable content tab). I am referring to Halloween Fesitval. The other animation Halloween II works fine and shows up in the list.

May I confirm if the issue you’re experiencing is the absence of the "Halloween Festival" content I’ve highlighted in the red box on the left (pumpkin content)?
Could you please check if the "Halloween Festival" content appears in the list when you navigate to the Content Platform > My Content section as shown in the screenshot below?
If it does not appear, does redownloading the content multiple times resolve the issue?
Please ensure that after downloading, no unintended actions—such as adding it to your Favorites by mistake—occur, as this might move the content to the Favorites tab.

If none of the above resolves the issue, Armoury Crate log would be necessary for further investigation to help us determine whether the issue occurred during the download process or in transferring the downloaded content to the AniMe Matrix library.

Please note that we previously escalated your case internally but could not verify the situation you described. Without the Armoury Crate log, it will be very challenging to proceed with the investigation.
Kindly refer to the instructions in Q5: What is App Diagnostics? (New Feature) to enable log recording, and our engineering team has recommended the following steps:

1. Check Record Log.
2. Navigate to the Content Platform.
3. Select the Halloween Festival (pumpkin content) to open its detailed page.
Please take a screenshot showing that the download has been completed. The button should show as Check downloads instead of Get.
4. Go to My Content and verify whether the Halloween Festival (pumpkin content) appears.
Please take a screenshot of this screen as well.
5. Access the AniMe Matrix and check the Content Library for the presence of the Halloween Festival (pumpkin content).

6. Click Generate log data to create the log file, upload the log and screenshots to a cloud storage platform, ensure sharing permissions are set correctly, and provide us with the link.

Once we receive these details, we will proceed with an in-depth investigation into your reported issue.

My apologies for not answering your queries sooner.  Halloween Festival does appear in My Content, I have deleted it and re-downloaded it but it is still not appearing to select in the Anime Matrix section. I also wanted to point out that this is not the only animation with the problem I described. In the captures below you will see what filters I used for the downloadable content, and the animations that don't show up to use when selecting animations for the Anime Matrix. They do all appear in My Content and deleting and re-downloading did not make them show up. I have not selected any as Favourites as far as I am aware.

If I create the log for one Animation will that be enough?
