crosshair x870e hero wifi driver not loading

I run on windows 11 pro

I have  the following config :

Processor AMD Ryzen 9 9900X 12-Core Processor (4.40 GHz)
Installed RAM 128 GB (126 GB usable)
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

I ran all the setup from USB or website but still have "other device " two drvier cannot load ( Wifi  and I presume Bluetooth).  Bios has been updated to latest version

Any direction to investigate ?

Check with the Hardware-IDs (Device Manager, Details, Drop-down "Hardware-ID") and search for drivers. I got the same problem with the STRIX X870E-E (Qualcomm FastConnect 7800 WiFi)
