Hi, hope you can all help me out.
I can boot into bios but getting in to windows or media creation tool with a usb doesn't work, the spinning logo freeze or keep going indefinitely. I don't get any led error, it goes trough cpu , dram , vga and finally green for boot. The Q code is stuck at AA.
I tried resetting bios to default and cmos reset, setting all settings to stock without oc.
I reseated the ram, also tried multiple configuration from 1 to 4 stick and checked all connections.
I unplugged everything unnecessary, removed all the drives, sdd, m.2. Only kept keyboard and 1 monitor.
I installed the latest bios update from asus website.
Only thing I haven't done yet it reseat the cpu or try another cpu in my system. I had a few weird game crash without the pc crashing and also weird reboot while the pc was idling while I was away in the last month, it happened around 10 times for the game and 5 time for the idle and it took me a few try to finally get to windows.
All the temps where in the normal range while the pc was functional. My guess is that either the mobo or the cpu is dying but I don't exactly know which one.
Here specs:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 5900X
MOBO: ASUS AMD AM4 ROG X570 Crosshair VIII Hero (Wi-Fi)
COOLER: CORSAIR iCUE H170i Elite CAPELLIX Liquid CPU Cooler

GPU: EVGA GeForce RTX 2080 TI FTW3 ULTRA HYBRID GAMING
SSD 1: SAMSUNG 860 EVO Series 2.5" 500GB SATA
SSD 2: Intel 660p M.2 2280 2TB NVMe
HDD 1: WD Black 4TB Performance Internal Hard Drive 7200RPM, SATA 6 Gb/s, 256 MB
PSU: Seasonic PRIME TX-1000, 1000W 80+ Titanium
CASE: CORSAIR iCUE 7000X RGB Full-Tower

Problem solved,
It was the cpu, I went and got a known functional 3700x and swapped it with my 5900x.
No more problem, everything was working as it should.
I will be doing a RMA with the 5900x and hope I will get a 5800x3d.
Thanks for you time everyone!
