Good people, please help! Faced with a serious problem and what I just did not try, the story begins with the fact that I built and bought a new computer, 2 months ago, but the hard disk and SSD inserted the old ones, and all the other components are brand new, once I accidentally deleted the Windows folder on disk C and I have a desktop it became empty, I restored it from the trash right away and everything came back, everything was fine, nothing foreshadowed trouble. Then I went into the game, for the first time I crashed on the desktop without an error, I thought okay, sometimes after a couple of hours, not earlier, maybe even more than two hours, it happened again, then I started to worry, but I thought something with the game, the game was Rust. As a result, I tried to go to another game, Dota 2, in the end, everything is the same, only much more often, crashes to the desktop without an error every 10-20 minutes, in the end, I decided to pause the games for now, but it wasn't there! I also started to crash in browsers, and much more often, every 5-10 minutes, sometimes I'm lucky and every 20-30 minutes, it happens every minute or every minute 5 times, and this is in any browser, but in a couple of browsers it gives errors that I will attach, in the end, after all these misunderstandings, I freaked out and decided buy a new memory, I thought it was a problem in Windows, but I had 10 Pro. I bought a new memory, 2 SSD M2, which I mentioned above in the configuration, put a clean, licensed Windows 11 Pro, installed the latest drivers, but what was my surprise when I went to the browser and the same problem continued, it did not disappear! In games, similarly, nothing was solved, then I went to the Microsoft forum in search of similar problems-topics, found a dozen, reread them all and tried everything that was recommended there, nothing helped me, tried all the commands on the command line to restore and search for damaged Windows files, tried to turn off autorun in libraries everywhere, I tried to reinstall the drivers and install earlier versions, tried to delete and re-download the Xbox, all without any problems, the XMP mod turned off, although when I turned it on, and this was immediately after I built the computer, there was nothing like this for a month and a half, until the whole story began as I wrote above. Tell me what else you can try... all components are brand new, can not be damaged, please, people, help! The computer is the breadwinner of my family, I don't know what to do already... in my village, there are not enough Service centers for such a powerful computer
1. Everything is connected correctly, nothing is loose, rechecked 3 times, all components.
2. I tried reinstalling games and browsers, nothing helps.
3. Overclocking was enabled, XMP mode, I turned it off, did not help.
4. Updated the BIOS to the newest version, but this also did not solve the problem.
5. I checked the power supply, everything is fine with it.
6. When reinstalling Windows and so a new account was created, it did not help
Also, in parallel to what you recommended to do, I made a computer diagnostic, namely my RAM, there are no errors, there are no defects in my components

I am very scared, because my experts say that most likely my processor has died, but I have never had it above 60 degrees in my work and it is only 2 months old... Is it possible?

I did a processor test, there is no defect and it is absolutely serviceable, then what is the problem?!проверка на брак процессора.jpg

What Bios version is currently installed?
Run cmd as administrator and type sfc  /scannow
Wait for the scan to finish.

I have already tried /sfc scannow and other commands, nothing helped, my version is the latest, 09/24/2024 bios

Version 1703 came out today, put it on. Have you tried reinstalling Windows?

Yes, I reinstalled a completely clean Windows 11 pro licensed and I even bought new memory, with 2 Samsung 990 pro, and deleted the old one, there is nothing on the memory at all

Hi @Feodot

I'm aware you may have conducted these steps already, but before moving on...

1. Ensure you're running UEFI 1703

2. Open the UEFI - Set Intel Default to Performance profile

3. Do not change any other parameters within the UEFI, including XMP Overclocking profiles.

4. If behaviour persists, remove the CPU from the socket and inspect the CPU pin-pad and socket for any debris or damage.

5. Remount the CPU and cooler whilst ensuring for consistent mounting pressure as per the cooler vendor's guidelines.

6. Remove DRAM and insert one memory module into slot A2.

If behaviour persists, contact Intel support or retailer to initiate an RMA.

4. I found problems with my RAM thanks to the TESTMEM5 test application, on the 15th test I get an error, both on 4 slats, 32 GB of mine, and I tried to get the 1st and 3rd slats, I did the test again and on the same error the test was interrupted, I tried these slats, which are worth, pull out of the 2nd and 4th slots and insert into the 1st and 3rd slots, but the error also came out during the repeated test, changed 2 bars and performed the same procedures, as a result, the result is the same, I was advised in the bios to change some parameters, I'll try... Everything is fine with the processor, I wrote it, I passed the test from Intel® Processor Diagnostic Tool, no defects or any breakdowns were found there
1. YES, CORRECT,
2. Done, but the problem has not gone away
3. I didn't turn on the hmp mod and didn't do anything there.
5 and 6. I have already performed these operations

Bottom line, if the system is not stable at Optimised Default / Intel Default > Performance you will likely need to contact Intel if you've tested everything above. The system also should be able to pass TestMEM5 at Optimised Defaults.
