hello😀
everyone and I thank those who take the time to read.
before starting here are the technical details of my config:
Pros : intel 285K
Motherboard: ASUS Z890-A gaming Wifi ( BIOS 1401)
Memory : DDR5 CORSAIR 5600MhZ X2 32 GB ( ref CMK64GX5M2B5600C40)
graphics CARD : 3080 AORUS RTX
watercooling : KRAKEN ELITE 360
OS : I'm on Windows 11 PRO x64 24h2
on the desktop no problems everything runs perfectly I have no problems or latency (I can launch Bench without any problems no bugs or freezes.) the PC ran for several hours on the desktop. no heating or any problems of this type detected
when I launch a video game I have a complete Freeze of the system (mouse & keyboard no longer respond) the sound cuts out the image remains frozen. a reset does not work I have to turn it off while still pressing the central unit
The games concerned are varied: league of legends, Ready or not, Delta force...
I tried:
to restart
repair windows
check bios update
recheck the rams (I bought rams to exchange them)
check the power supply
I haven't tried touring on just one of two rams
The rams are in the right locations
Check the drivers.
reinstall the games.
I admit that I'm starting to dry up 🙂

Hello @balt
Thank you for reaching out to us. We apologize for the delayed response due to a public holiday in our region and any inconvenience this may have caused.
Based on the hardware specifications and description you provided, could you confirm if you have installed two or more memory modules, possibly from different memory kits?
In addition to updating the BIOS, we recommend clearing CMOS and testing the system with default BIOS settings, ensuring that XMP is not enabled, to see if the issue improves.
Please also check the system behavior under the following conditions:
- Installing a single RAM module in the DIMM_A2 slot.
- Installing a matched memory kit in the DIMM_A2 and DIMM_B2 slots.
If the issue persists, we kindly ask you to record a video following these steps to help us better understand the situation:
1. Start recording> Confirm that a single CMK64GX5M2B5600C40 module is installed in the DIMM_A2 slot.
2. clear CMOS and boot into the system.
3. Navigate to Settings > System > About to record the OS and build version.
4. Use Armoury Crate or other monitoring software to track hardware temperatures.
5. Start a game or application and record the temperature at the time the issue occurs.
6. If the system freezes or becomes unresponsive, continue recording until you reboot and confirm the issue is resolved.
Thank you.
