I don't even know where to start with this.
Completely new computer, so what did I do wrong?

None of those values are valid.  The clock isn't even set.  I've never seen anything like that before.
It almost looks like you're BIOS didn't get installed properly.

Have you tried to clear the CMOS or reload the BIOS?

Yea,

I don't think I can edit the values either.

I have tried to update the bios, but EZ tool doesn't work, and neither does the button/USB method.

Maybe the board BIOS is borked beyond repair.

Hi @pneumo

Looks like there's an issue with the SuperIO on the motherboard. What happens when you try to use USB Flashback?

Ensure you're using a FAT32 formatted pen drive and the CAP file is correctly renamed to SB650EF

Yea, the USB flashback behaves normally, green blinking light, the whole deal.

But the BIOS never changes from 1807.

The light should blink blue for a few moments then blink faster for 2 to 3 minutes.

If you cannot complete Flashback successfully, you might be better off contacting service for your region. However, support staff will see your post here also.

I only get green blinks. The do go in for a few minutes though.

Maybe I managed to get the BIOS updated this time, because now I get

"BIOS is updating LED Firmware"

in an eternal loop.

Were you able to get past the LED firmware update post-flashing?

If not, given the monitoring behaviour before flashing, I would contact the service and initiate an RMA.
