CPU light red when waking from sleep, but PC boots fine

specs-

Motherboard: ASUS ProArt X670E-CREATOR WIFI

CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 7950X3D

PSU: Super Flower LEADEX VII XG 1300W

RAM: TEAMGROUP T-Create Classic 10L DDR5 2 x 32G (overclocked to 5600MHz, I had the same issue when undervolting to 5200)

GPU: ASUS ROG STRIX GTX 1080 Ti GAMING

Memory: Crucial T700 2TB M.2-2280 PCIe 5.0 X4 NVME SSD

OS: Windows 11 64bit 

BIOS is up to date on Version 1905

When waking from sleep, red CPU light comes on but PC boots fine.  I read that someone had the same issue and found that it was caused by TPM, I disabled it in BIOS but that didn't work.  I also tried loading default BIOS settings but I'm still having the same issue.

May I ask if you have encountered the Q-LED indicator representing the CPU lighting up during the boot process?
If not, and it doesn't affect system functionality, we recommend observing for any other abnormalities during regular use.

Hey!  Yes, at boot the lights appear in this order:

Orange DRAM > Red CPU > White VGA > Green boot

I have the RAM seated in A_2 B_2 slots.  Memtest passed for a full 2 tests. 

Furthermore, I have observed that the PC wakes itself up from sleep.  I found at first that this was caused by the 10G ethernet port that my NAS is plugged into, so I disabled wake on packet in the settings, but I found that it's still waking, now caused by the power button. 

There's no abnormalities during use.  I'm undervolting to 5200mHZ right now, but when I overclock to 5600mHZ everything runs just fine.

Hi,

I'm having an issue with my PC hanging on reboot now.  The screen turns off and just hangs, I have to force shutdown the PC with the power button.
