CPU C-states cannot change to disable or enable

I can't disable or enable CPU C-states in my bios. Anyone know how to solve this problem.I 'm using UEFI BIOS UTILITY Version 2.21.1278

Could you please provide the full model name of the motherboard you are currently using?
Please check the BIOS version on the top left corner of the BIOS main page.

May I know the reason why you need to adjust CPU C-states?
We suggest searching for your motherboard model on the official website and accessing the support page to check the user manual for further BIOS settings.
