Hi everyone,
Noob here, so beware. After some years, I finally decided to build a PC from some new parts and some inherited from my brother (see the list below).
I assembled everything, but after I powered up the computer, I realized the motherboard lighted a few LEDs orange. What is worse, after turning on the PC, it shuts down after a few seconds (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GUZP-Gfs_U0).
I then went down the rabbit hole and started removing components from the configuration to isolate the issue. At some point, I had only the PSU, motherboard, and CPU connected but the problem remained.
I also read that the problem could be the case so I removed the motherboard from it and placed it on top of a surface that wouldn't cause static electricity (https://imgur.com/tzwUDdC). That didn't solve it.
I then started trying to replace components. I requested a new motherboard expecting it to be the main problem. That wasn't it. Thinking that the problem could be the PSU - the power supply might not be enough, I suspected - I bought a new one. But no, it wasn't the problem either. At this point, I'm a bit desperate so I'm begging for help.

Another potentially interesting thing to highlight is that everything shuts down if I leave the power button jumper on the "10-1 pin Sustem Panel header". If I use the jumper and immediately remove it when the system boots the fans keep spinning - although the orange LED remains and the video outputs don't work.
I have also checked that the motherboard is compatible with the CPU, and it is supposed to be.
At this point I'm a bit desperate so I'm begging for help. Thanks in advance!

PS: I've other posts (e.g., https://www.reddit.com/r/buildapc/comments/ahp51r/comment/eegonu3/) but didn't solve my problem.
