Is the crucial T700 2tb PCIe Gen 5 Nvme M.2 SSD and Dominator Platinum RGB DDR5 2x32gb 6600T/s CL32 RAM compatible with this motherboard.

Upgrading the motherboard and cpu etc.

According to the official website's specifications, the m.2_1 slot of the ROG STRIX Z790-E GAMING WIFI supports PCIe 5.0. 

As for the memory, it's necessary to confirm both the memory's part number and the CPU model you are using.
