My i9 failed and my retailer swapped the CPU and motherboard to an AMD 9750X3D and the M620PRO TUF Gaming motherboard. What they did not do was power it on to make sure it boots. It does not. Straight to a blue screen saying a component is missing. And my Windows 11 installation does not detect the M2 drive and I cannot reinstall.
All the threads I have found online refer to the Intel rapid storage drivers and mention their CPUs. Nothing on AMD CPUs. Do I use the same one?
RAID is off. AHCI is on.
Drive is visible in BIOS.
I have spent several hours on this today and gotten nowhere. I am defeated.

Hello @geirrosset
We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the delayed response.
Since you recently received this build from the retailer, have you contacted them for assistance?
Based on your description, are you experiencing an issue where the system can boot but immediately results in a blue screen?
If you remove all SSDs or HDDs, can you boot into the system without any issues?
We recommend cross-testing the M.2 slots on the motherboard or testing other SSDs or HDDs.
Please format the M.2 SSD and check again if needed.
