I brought a rog strix b650e-f and cant seem to register my product to elite rewards.The loading is infinte and i am stuck.Its been 4 days but no help for either the asus customer service team by sending mail .Someone please help me.

Having the issue of not being able to register my motherboard due to it already being registered how do I fix this I bought it from a mom and pop store and they don’t know how to contact that person that sold them the board please help
