Could you kindly confirm your current BIOS version? Did this issue occur after connecting an external device?
If you set CSM to Disabled, are you then able to enable Secure Boot?
If you have not yet updated to the latest BIOS version 5602, released on February 27, 2025, please consider updating it and clearing CMOS, then check again to see if the issue persists.
If the problem continues, we would appreciate it if you could provide details on your full system specifications, including installed or connected hardware and software, OS and build version, hardware installation slots, BIOS settings, and the specific scenario in which the issue occurs.
