Can't get into BIOS error code 99 on hero board

Have come to the end of the road with my PC build. Does not get into the BIOS but gets error code 99 (green diode lights up with a steady light below 99) on the Asus motherboard.

Has the following components:

ASUS Rog Crosshair X670E Hero as motherboard
CPU Ryzen 9 7950X3D
GPU Amd Radeon RX7900 XTX-Merc 310 Black Edition.
2x32GB DDR5 Trident Z5 neo RGB ( DDR5-6000, CL30-40-40.96 1.40V verified to be compatible, F5-6000J3040G32GX2-TZ5NR )
System memory: Samsung 990 Pro PCI 4.0 NVMe M.2 SSD (for windows 11)
Power supply: Corsair RM1000e

I have updated the BIOS to the latest version from April 2024 and "cleared CMOS". I have taken out the DDR5 one memory at a time, run one, switched them but the same error code 99 number display on the motherboard.

I have taken out the GPU and inserted a monitor into the motherboard instead and started up without a graphics card. (2x32GB DDR5 and CPU inserted) Same error message 99

Have come to the end of the road! What to do now? Grateful for help !

Could you clarify if the issue you described occurred during the initial PC assembly or after some usage, and may I ask if the green indicator light is the Q-LED BOOT indicator light?
According to the [Motherboard] Common Q-CODE (Error CODE) and Troubleshooting guide, a Q-Code 99 on an AMD platform may indicate abnormalities with the CPU and RAM during the boot process.
Since the Ryzen 9 7950X3D supports integrated graphics, kindly try installing only the CPU, a single memory module in the DIMM_A2 slot, and the PSU to see if the system boots and enters the BIOS.
If not, we recommend cross-testing with another CPU or motherboard to further isolate any potential hardware issues.

Thanks. I finally got into BIOS since I didnt realize to press "y" to get pass initial boot page stating it is new CPU

 Had no clue and no info about that. Now the windows is installed and pc works still the digit code on motherboard wanders around with different Q-codes. Is that normal despite pc works ?

Codes indicate the ongoing boot POST process, and if there is a code that stops and remains displayed continuously, it signifies that the hardware corresponding to that code has detected an anomaly during the self-diagnostic process.
If you can successfully boot into the BIOS and the system, you can disregard the rapid transition of different Q-codes during the boot POST process.
