Can't fix DRAM LED

I built my PC back in 2019 and it has been working fine until recently. The problem started after I cleaned my computer, when a DRAM light came on and stayed on no matter what I tried. I have tested each RAM stick separately in every slot, reseated the CPU and GPU several times, cleared the CMOS, and checked all the cables, but nothing has worked. The weird thing is this exact same issue happened once before after cleaning my PC, and back then I eventually gave up and just put everything back together, and somehow it randomly started working again on its own. I never figured out what fixed it that time. Now the same problem has come back after another cleaning session, but this time it is not fixing itself like it did before. I am careful when I clean and only use a low power air blower while holding the fans so they do not spin, so I do not think I am damaging anything. My system has a ROG Strix B450-F Gaming motherboard, 16 GB of RAM, a Ryzen 5 3600, a Corsair VS 550W power supply, and a GTX 1660 Super. I am completely stuck and do not know what else to try.

I didn't find a fix and I sent it to a repair shop, turns out something was shorting out the motherboard from behind. Leaving this here for people having similar problems.

Hi @Gamerguys65757
Given the fact this occurs after physically touching the system, I would take a guess as to say the issue is somewhere in the mounting of the hardware.

1. Are you using a third party CPU contact frame? If so, revert to the stock retention mechanism.

2 Inspect the CPU pin-pad and the motherboard socket for any debris or damage.

3. Remount the CPU and cooler whilst ensuring consistent mounting pressure.

4. Insert one memory module into DRAM slot A2.

5. Reset the CMOS - turn the system on and allow for up to 15 minutes for the system to conduct initial DRAM memory training.
