I found myself needing to plug in two USB 2.0 cables (2x5, all pins sticking out except one in the bottom corner) but only had one marked USB pin connection on my board for it. I did some more looking and found another of the same type of pin connection above my GPU, but it's unmarked and i can't find anything online about it. Does anyone know if I can use this pin connection?

No, those are not for customer use. They are some sort of manufacturing or service header, for factory setup or diagnostics. All undocumented headers are for manufacturing or service use only.
The USB 2.0 header on the bottom of the board has 2 USB ports. You can combine two devices into it by either extracting the pins from one connector and installing them in the other, or with a splitter cable. You can also get a USB 3.0 to 2.0 adapter cable, and use the USB 3.0 header (also 2 ports).
