Motherboard Name Asus ROG Strix Z790-E Gaming WiFi II (3 PCI-E x16, 5 M.2, 4 DDR5 DIMM, Audio, Video, 2.5GbE LAN, WiFi).

CPU Type 8C+16c Intel Core i9-13900K, 5500 MHz (55 x 100).

Video card is Asus Tuf Gaming RTX4090.

Kingston Fury Beast 64gb DDR5 5600MHz.

HYTE Y70 case

Brand new from AVADirect. Built on 6/4/2024. Already three BSOD with no stress at all. Q code 56 and 98 green etc. And a restart happens.

I know the issues with 13th and 14th gens. Don't want to violate my warranties. Coming here first.  Is it the BIOS? No heat issues. Running beautiful and then out of nowhere BSOD.

Thank you

Hi @ClaudiusDeus1

Might be best to contact the retailer in this instance.

You can try clearing the CMOS and disabling XMP to rule out memory overclocking. Beyond that, I'd notify the retailer due to the build being new.
