Hello @irakli7

Thank you for reaching out to us.

To assist you further, could you please confirm the following details:
- Is the LAN connection linked to a router or modem?
- Have you tried resetting the router or modem and checking the network connection status? If applicable, please also check if the router or modem firmware requires an update.
- Have you performed cross-testing by connecting another device to the same Ethernet port on your router or modem to confirm the port's functionality?

Additionally, since the Ethernet port on the motherboard is not lighting up when the cable is connected:
- Ensure that the LAN driver from the official website is properly installed and matches the OS version.
- Please confirm that the Ethernet port is enabled in the BIOS settings (you can check the settings under Advanced > Onboard Devices Configuration).

For detailed steps, you may refer to the guide: [Motherboard] How to fix cable network problems of Motherboard – Troubleshooting.
If the issue persists and your motherboard is recently purchased, we recommend contacting the retailer for after-sales support, such as a potential replacement.

Thank you.
