is 00 and 46 briefly showing up on restarts normal?

Q-LED and Q-CODE are indicators that show codes and abnormalities during the POST process.
If your Q-LED and Q-CODE are not stuck on a specific code or are continuously light on without any other issues, such as the inability to boot or power indicators being on without display, we recommend mornitor during usage.

During use i don't have issues just random problems booting from restart and very inconsistently, power on it goes straight to 15 but on restart it goes to 00 then 46 and follows with basic boot codes
