Bongiovi acoustics rendering effect. How can I get rid of it!!!

****** it's disgusting, how can I get rid of the bongiovi acoustics rendering effect that destroys the THX feature of the headset!!!

Hey @djzafer,

Feel your pain! Bongiovi can definitely alter the sound in a way that clashes with other audio settings. There are a couple ways to disable it:

• Sound Settings: This is usually the easiest. Right-click the speaker icon in your taskbar and go to "Sounds." Select your playback device, then click "Properties." Under the "Enhancements" tab, you should see an option to disable "Bongiovi Acoustics DPS."
• Software Suite: If you have any software from your motherboard manufacturer (like ASUS Armoury Crate), there might be a setting to disable Bongiovi there as well.

That's the worst part. There is no bongiovi acoustics rendering effect where you say! It must have somehow come with the drivers for the motherboard, but which one? There is no such setting in armory create!

You need Realtek USB Audio Drivers (UAD - ASUS ROG SS-DTS) from the first post of this thread : [DRIVERS] Realtek USB Audio (AMD 5xx/6xx/TRX40 & Intel 5xx/6xx/7xx).

Follow scrupulously your CLEANUP process then your INSTALL process, for the next drivers packages that I would release, you will can directly follow your UPDATE process.

3) Reinstall your Razer Synapse for your THX featured headset : Uninstall & Install your Razer Synapse app : https://www.razer.com/synapse-3.

I hardly write anything. I built new with Z790 formula. My headset EQ was not functional. I tried everything. For 3 months I have been just living with it. I decided to look around again and found your post. THANK YOU SO MUCH. This probably made my year. I missed my headset 😭😭😭 I could ****** near kiss you. THANK YOU SOOOO MUCHHHH!!!!
