BIOS/Win11

Hi Community,

my brother just got a STRIX B450-F Gaming Motherboard. Now he tried to install Win11. The compatibility-manager says, he needed to activate secure boot and UEFI-mode in the BIOS. So did he. But nothing worked for him. We've seen several guides on YouTube and read a lot of stuff. Everytime he puts everything together like its told, he cant boot Windows....Everytime he gets back to BIOS. A little frustrating, seeing a guide, following every step, the dude exits the bios and Windows will start. My brothers gonna land in the same BIOS, he is trying to escape. If he sets everything up for leaving the BIOS, he isnt able to install Win11....Anyone has an idea? or a guideline?

Hello FailKnoil

1) Check the drive is formatted to GPT and not MBR.

2) Check the usb flash drive is formatted to the .FAT32 file system.

3) Bios 4502 or later supports windows 11 by default. If you're on an earlier bios version, go into the bios, Advanced tab, PCH-FW Configuration, enable PTT to support windows 11.
