BIOS update issue on ROG STRIX B650E-E

GENK

I'm having problem updating bios on the ROG STRIX B650E-E.

Boots up with no problems before V.2613 but gets stuck on the ROG logo screen on updating to all later versions.

Has anyone experienced this issue and soled it?

I have tried CSM enable and change boot priority , fast boot disable but it still didn't work.

If there's any other way I can try, please let me know

Hello @GENK

Thank you for reaching out to us.
May I confirm if, after completing the BIOS update and restarting, your system is stuck on the ROG logo and unable to enter either the BIOS or the OS? Is there any Q-LED indicator solid at that time?
Since the ROG STRIX B650E-E GAMING WIFI supports the BIOS FlashBack™ button, we recommend attempting to update to versions 3014, 3024, and subsequent versions step by step using BIOS FlashBack.
Please also refer to the instructions in [Motherboard] How to use USB BIOS FlashBack™ to ensure the correct procedure, including using a single-sector USB flash drive in FAT16/32 MBR format and the BIOS rename tool.

Thank you.

Thank you for your reply.

Yes, I was able to get into BIOS and even reinstall to an previous version(2613).

I've tried all versions after 2613 and only the 2613 version booted normally.

The Q-LED indicator is not illuminated.

I have not tried to update with BIOS FlashBack. I will try to update with BIOS FlashBack.
