BIOS 3405 Strix B550-E and Strix B550-F Gaming Wifi

It has been quite a while waiting for the BIOS with the LogoFail fix for the B550-E and B550-F Gaming Wifi boards-will one be coming?

First of all, I received the same message few days ago and if it can make you feel better, I also had my doubt about downloading the file and install the update.  I don'T see why they would just make it public and make it available on oficial website.

So I went ahead and installed it anyway.  It was nice effort from asus but it took a lot of effort as customer to get what has been request.

it's not normal for a company such as Asus to let their customer asking for updated firmware and 4 months letting their product exploitable is a blatant proof that they do not really care about customer security.

It's not the first time that Asus demonstrate lack of information about security concern and it won't be the last.

systemcrashlol thanks for replying,  Have you had any issues with the new bios?  Hopefully it will make it to the main support page shortly.  People like Jiaszzz_ROG only have limited authority in a company like ASUS.  I appreciate someone that could have vanished but didn't and delivered.  Making us wait is on ASUS, making it right is Jiaszzz's work.   As a customer,  it's absolutely frustrating ,  to be treated differently than other customers without an explanation for why.   A note on the product bios support page with a projected date of completion would go a long easing customer frustrations.  That only works though if ASUS intends on following through.

The bios seems fine.  I had to redo my config since all profiles got wiped.  

I agree that Jiaszzz_ROG did his best to serve us and give us what we requested.  People who work on customer service are on the front lines and it's an ungratefull job.

The issue is on a bigger scale...

Message the Jiaszzz, directly with your model and serial number. He did tell me the wifi version is available and asked for the serial number. I told him that I did not want to beta test the firmware and would rather wait for a regular release and that I just needed to know they were working on it.

Unclear if the B550-F Wifi is even vulnerable to LogoFAIL, I saw another post saying its logo couldn't be changed. If that's the case ASUS could have avoided a lot of bad feelings by clearly saying so!
