BIOS 0403 cannot update to newest 2801 with AI Suite 3

Hi I am using a ROG STRIX Z490-F Gaming motherboard with a bios version of 0403 and after downloading and going through multiple forums i cant seem to update my bios version as the problem arises stating that the model of the bios image doesn't match the BIOS ROM currently present please advise thank you!

This issue may be attributed to a significant BIOS version gap.
ASUS provides three methods for updating the motherboard's BIOS: updating within the BIOS menu (EZ Flash), through the Windows system (EZ Update), or using USB BIOS FlashBack, and the ROG STRIX Z490-F GAMING also supports these three updating methods.
If you encounter difficulties updating the BIOS under the OS via EZ Update, we recommend referring to the steps outlined in USB BIOS FlashBack for the update process.
