B650M Ryzen 8700G over 1.4v normal?

I wonder if this is normal behavior.

Even using -30 curve optimizer, voltage goes to 1.4v. Sometimes 1.45 according to hwinfo.

iGPU vcore is also over 1.4v. According to gpuz. Read many reviews which says 1.25v is the max possible for this igpu.

Using b650m prime wifi II with latest bios.

 this with -40 curve optimizer.
