B650E-F downgrading BIOS from v3056 to v1654

Hello,

I am on BIOS 3056 on my B650E-F and wanted to downgrade to 1654 but when running EZ-FLASH it does not accept the (renamed using the utility) v1654 BIOS.

I have enabled "BIOS Flashback" as it suggest but still get the same error even after rebooting.

Is 3056 or some other previous version a "hard stop" from downgrading below a certain BIOS-version or even downgrading at all?
