B650E-E booting problem

Hello everyone, 

I've bought this motherboard on September 2023 and i had no issue until now. Few days ago i've turned off my pc to visit relatives when i came back then pressed to power and it did not boot. Asus led align on board but not booting. I had no random resets, no heating issues, no fps drops pc did not even locked once till this issue appears. I've tested PSU on my old pc, checked DRAMs, checked CPU, removed GPU problem still appears. Today i've noticed that it's only able to boot if i press power button right after turning on the PSU and it's goes well like before. Temps and performance still stable. But when i turn off computer it doesn't start again i should turn off PSU to repeat same event. Motherboard Led Code shows "81" Is there anyone had this issue and solved? Should i send it to the service?
Specs: ROG B650E-E, ROG Strix 4080, Trident Z5 Neo 2x16GB, 7800x3d, MSI MAG A1000G, Samsung 990PRO 2TB

May we ask whether there has been any change in the issue after replacing the PSU? Additionally, we recommend checking the BIOS Flashback button located on the rear I/O panel of the motherboard to ensure that it is not stuck due to dust or debris.
If the issue persists and cannot be resolved, based on your description and the troubleshooting steps you have already attempted, we suggest contacting your retailer or the ASUS official support center in your region to arrange for further inspection or repair service.
