This board has usb-c connectors but does it support thunderbolt without an additional card?

Such as.
ASUS ThunderboltEX 4 expansion card

Wish i didn't have to purchase an additional $100+ card.

After confirmation, the specifications of the TUF GAMING B650-PLUS WIFI include a Thunderbolt header.
To support compatible devices, you will need to install a Thunderbolt I/O card and connect it to this header.
