Could you please clarify whether this issue occurred after any software or hardware changes, such as when you first connected the monitor, cross-tested the monitor cables, or updated the BIOS?
If you ignore the abnormal display during the boot process, does the video output work correctly and display normally after entering the system?
What is the full model of the ASUS monitor and RTX 4060 you are currently connecting with?
And is the issue occurring only when connected via DP cable but not when using an HDMI cable?
Kindly share a photo of the actual resolution in OSD when the abnormal display occurs.
