Could someone please get back to the growing list of users with the issue described in the above thread?

Is there any good news from the asus-nvidia-gate story ? Silly me i just bought an nvidia 4070 super without knowing this matter... The funnier thing is that after reading this thread (and many others) i decided to go for a new psu with atx 3.0 compliant. An asus TUF 750W ( loool ). Offcourse didn't change a thing...

Unfortunately not. This problem requires a hardware fix. Hopefully support here will reach out to see if Asus will offer to "repair" your board. You should be good if you're under warranty. It's a timely process though.

As a technician for 20 years and counting, i can assure you that this problem can be fixed through bios rework. But our motherboard is a bit old nowadays... ASUS will never give the proper attention for a fix regarding the almost 5 years b550-i... sadly

So then why it is working with another revision when it just can be fixed with an BIOS Update?

could you quote information about a latest working revision of a b550-i  ? Because all i can find is reports about replacement with a x570 model.

The revision/part no i got is 90MB14L0-M0XCN1

May I ask when you got your revision? I was told they no longer send revisions because they ran out, and instead they just refund the money. So I'm curious if it was very recently you got yours or not. If it was recently then the person I spoke to must have lied to me

So with the rev. 90MB14L0-M0XCN1 you can confirm that you had no crashes with an RTX 4070 ? How much time did you test the system ?

No it was some months ago. But at the moment i replaced my ITX build with ATX and B550-F.
