I'm reposting this here from the ROG forum community post for better visibility

(Re: ASUS B550-I STRIX BIOS "2806" UPDATE to fix 4... - Republic of Gamers Forum - 898464)

Could someone please get back to the growing list of users with the issue described in the above thread?

Is this issue with every single asus b550-i board?

Not sure but I think yes. But as long as you don't use nvidia 4000 series gpu u're safe.

Did the rma board fix the issue? I still have the ability to return my 4070s, I don't want to but I may have to.

My retailer ended up refunding my money, therefore, time to move on. Selling my 5800X3D and going onto the AM5 platform.

RMA with asus for a board swap fixed it for me, not had a crash since.

How long did it take to RMA?

about 2 weeks in total for the RMA from the uk to the RMA centre in czech republic

I'm in the UK and I've only just caught wind of this issue, now that my motherboard is 2 months out of date I have raised a support issue, hopefully there will be something that can be done. @moardps what was the process like for you being that you were also out of warranty.
