Recently discovered a lot of you did what I did and bought this motherboard because it’s one of the only ones that can run a UAD Apollo Twin X. I figured out if you have a capture card and have it plugged into the third PCIE slot it disables thunderbolt. I plugged my capture card into the first PCIE slot and the Graphics card right underneath. Now I know it’s not the prettiest set up but it makes the thunderbolt work again. Until I get a new case that can support a vertical mounted GPU. This seems to be my only solution to this problem. Hope this helps
