Aura sync stuck on sleep mode

Hey guys ,

I just recently had my build done. Everything worked fine for about 2 hours. Then for some reasons ,  aura sync goes on sleep mode. I can still clic on the effects and it will work for a couple of seconds , then automaticaly goes back on sleep mode.

I tried uninstalling armour crate on windows , but it still does the same. Trieds the same thing , but with an uninstaller program this time. Still does the same.

I removed the battery of the motherboard ( ROG X570-E Gaming )  to reset it. Still the same.

Anyone has an idea on how to rolve this issue ?

Thank you for reaching out us.
Could you please confirm the current BIOS version and Armoury Crate version?
Have the BIOS and the items in the Armoury Crate update center been updated to the latest versions?
May I ask if the issue you’re encountering is that the system enters sleep mode when setting up Aura Sync, and this occurs even after clearing CMOS or when Armoury Crate is not installed?
As it is a bit unclear what the exact situation is, could you provide a complete video recording of the issue?

Hello @Jiaszzz_ROG , 

Everything was updated to the last version. And yes it did enter sleep mode as soon as my pc booted. I could go to the armoury crate app and clic on an effect , it would work for ~10 seconds then goes back on sleep mode.

I was able to fix it by trying again with an uninstaller program , but this time I also removed everything related with " Asus Aura ". Downloaded the Armoury crate back and for now it's working !
