Audio realtek driver wrong installation

Hi,

I have a Asus z790 A wifi, i have installed the realtek audio driver from support page:

https://www.asus.com/motherboards-components/motherboards/prime/prime-z790-a-wifi/helpdesk_download/...

After install, audio device appears like that:

Why does not appears like "realtek audio device"

May I ask if there is any abnormality in your current usage?
After verification, the Realtek Audio Driver version listed on the PRIME Z790-A WIFI official website is V6.0.9399.1 for Windows 10 64-bit & Win11 64-bit.
Have you clicked on the AsusSetup after downloading this installation file to proceed with the installation?
Could you kindly provide a complete screenshot of the audio-related drivers in the Device Manager for assistance?
