Hello if had an issue with my pc for nearly two years now which caused me to stop playing video games entirely. before i begin i need you to understand i have basically tried everything you can think already ive completely refreshed my computer, ive replaced every bit of hardware apart from my cpu so please dont tell my to update my drivers cuase ive done this many times. basically my computer is completely fine but some games audio don’t work and jumpscare earrapes me in the loading screen and then the audio cuts off. This seems to only happen for newer games my best guess is that a newer audio engine conflict is causing it cuase old games work fine . List of games that I know work are league of legends, fallout 4 , Skyrim, cod bo6 and the list of games that don’t work are EFT, starfield, marvel rivals , high on life . Starfield stands out because it’s the only Bethesda title that seems to cause it and also COD stands out because it’s a very recent game that works.
