Solved! Go to Solution.
01-06-2025 04:45 PM
I took a bold step that I had been thinking about for the past week but was hesitant to act on. I decided to go to a repair center and asked them to remove the FLBK BIOS button. I wasn't sure if this step would work, and I didn't have a replacement button, so I decided to take the risk. I let them handle it, and when I returned home, I tested the motherboard, and to my surprise, it worked perfectly as if there was never any issue! I performed all the tests, and everything is running smoothly. I still can't believe it, but I've finally found the solution. Don't forget to send kind words and prayers my way. Your brother, Moataz from Egypt.

Hello xFuRyKilleR
Make sure your usb flash drive is formatted to the .FAT32 file system and preferably with nothing on it.
Follow this quick video to be sure you renamed the bios file and put it on your usb flash drive.
Once you have the bios file on your usb flash drive:
1) Shut down your pc and let the psu switch on.
2) Insert your usb flash drive into the usb port marked BIOS.
3) Press and hold the Bios Flashback button until the led starts blinking, then release. The blinking should get faster as it goes then stop when completed, should take a few minutes.
4) When the blinking stops, start your pc.

This seems to be the same issue addressed here: https://rog-forum.asus.com/t5/gaming-motherboards/asus-tuf-gaming-b650-plus-flashback-light-still-bl...
It happens to many people recently.
You can try to turn off PSU, wait a few seconds (e.g. 10), turn on PSU and IMMEDIATELY turn on PC by power button. It should start. But it work only until you turn it off again, then you need to repeat these steps.
ASUS still did not provide any solution other than warranty repair, while sending all those useless generic advices, which is frustrating.
EDIT: Nevermind - seems like you have posted there too, so this is nothing new. Sorry 🙂

Thank you for your comment, but unfortunately, the method you suggested no longer works for me, and the situation has gotten worse than before. Now I can't even turn on the computer. If you have any information about the steps needed to send my motherboard to the manufacturer, I would really appreciate your help

Hello @xFuRyKilleR
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Based on the situation you described, we recommend performing a minimal hardware test to determine whether the issue persists.
Please remove the chassis and install only the 13700K CPU (using integrated graphics for video output), the CPU cooler, a single RAM module, and the PSU on the motherboard.
Additionally, please ensure all power cables are securely connected. If possible, try cross-testing with an alternative PSU or power cables.
If the issue remains unresolved, we suggest contacting your reseller or local customer service team to arrange further inspection and repair.
I have also DM you and kindly check your inbox in the top-right corner at your convenience.
Thank you.

The store you purchased the motherboard from usually a gives 30-day warranty. After that, ASUS gives a 3-year warranty from the purchase date in most countries.
If you're past the 30-day store warranty, contact an official ASUS Support Center for your region.
