Asus z790 dark hero pcie slot 1 not works ?

Hi guys new motherboard first boot and first slot is not works (d6 error) . The motherboard  understands there is a  device is connected but not works second slot is working fine. And when i connect my both gpus it says  PCIEX16(G5)_1 Link Speed 0x 

i tried literally everything

4 diffrent bios verison alt_pcie modes different rams different monitors even tv different psu etc.

And gpu slot and cpu pins looks clean. 

 only bottom slot works 

 only intel gpu detected

Hi! Do you have an SSD installed in the M.2_1 slot? If so, the PCIe x16_2 slot is disabled.

In a configuration with two graphics cards, the SSD can only be installed in the M.2_2 slot.

Nope i remove everything and pcie slot2 is working but not the pcie 1

It looks like a motherboard defect, or a CPU malfunction. Try using a different processor.

Demand a warranty replacement of the MB or CPU!
