Hello,
My PC won't turn on after cleaning it with air. It stay's at DRAM Led so i checked if one of the two sticks might be the problem but it turned out that the fourth ram slot isn't working.
Now i have to put it in slot 1 and 3 instead of recommended 2 and 4 and therefore the XMP profile doesn't work anymore.
My question before i retourne it for exchange is does someone had a familiar problem and solved it?
I will try switching it to 2 and 4 tomorrow again to see if might work again.
Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Hi, @Jiaszzz_ROG
Thanks for the quick guide for troubleshooting the problem.
I was about to give you the information but tryed putting it back in Dimm 2 and 4 first and for my luck, it works again! Seems like there was a humidity / residual moisture left from the cleaning it yesterday.
sometimes you got to be lucky.
greetings and thank you!

Hello, @Crosscode
May I ask about your current BIOS version and whether you have tried booting up with default BIOS settings after clearing CMOS?
What is the part number of the installed memory, and is it listed in the ROG STRIX Z690-F GAMING WIFI QVL?
If necessary, we suggest installing a single RAM module in the DIMM_A2 slot, booting up with default BIOS settings, and ensuring there are no issues before gradually adding modules one by one.
Meanwhile, kindly refer to [Motherboard] ASUS motherboard troubleshooting via Q-LED indicators if needed.
Thank you.
