Asus Turkey Authorized Service Victimization

Hello,

I am Emre. I apologize in advance for my bad English.

I am an Asus user from Turkey. I have a computer system consisting of high-end Asus brand products. I have determined that the "Asus ROG Maximus Z790 Apex Encore" brand/model product in this system is defective as a result of the tests I have done.

Thereupon: I contacted the Asus authorized service and sent my motherboard.

The authorized Turkey Asus Headquarters about the motherboard I sent; They claim that I intentionally damaged it "while removing my motherboard from the case or while boxing it for cargo". In response to this situation, they told me that the motherboard was completely unusable and that they would send me a new one for the price of the product I purchased.

Due to my profession, I have known for a long time how and for what purposes computers and technological hardware can be used physically and software-wise. For this reason, I know how to remove and install computer hardware parts.

Servispoint TR company, which provides service and technical support under the Asus Headquarters in Turkey, victimizes me as well as many Asus users in Turkey.

As Asus Global, I request that you please help me solve this problem. Due to this situation, I cannot currently conduct my business under the conditions in Turkey.

I beg Asus Global about this issue. Please help me.
