Hi everyone,
I've been troubleshooting an issue with the ARGB on my Liquid Freezer III - 360 A-RGB and suspect the problem may be with my motherboard (ASUS TUF Gaming X670E-Plus WiFi) rather than the AIO itself. Here’s what I’ve tried so far:
Current Situation:
It seems like my motherboard might be struggling with ARGB signal distribution. The problem is, I can't even contact ASUS support because their service is "temporarily unavailable," and my serial number isn't being recognized on their site.
Has anyone encountered a similar issue with ARGB on this or a similar ASUS motherboard? Also, does anyone know of a direct email for ASUS customer service in Europe that I can try?
Thanks in advance for any help!

Yes! I just completed by build today and the only ARGB header that is working is the one at the top of the board. I have my lian li fans connected to this one and all are working just fine. But my ASUS AIO cooler, which is on the side ARGB header and another random RGB item on the lower ARGB header do not work at all.
As far as customer service, I have no insight. I'm currently in the process updating every driver I can find to see if something fixes it.
Sorry I can't provide much except commiseration.

Hello @BaltazarG
Thank you for reaching out to us. May I ask if this issue occurred on a newly built PC, or after replacing the AIO fan?
Referring to the Liquid Freezer III Pro 360 A-RGB installation guide, could you confirm whether your current AIO connection is using the All-in-One connection cable or the individual control connector? Is the ARGB connected to the 3-pin Addressable Gen 2 headers on the motherboard?

Regarding the RGB lighting software configuration, can Armoury Crate recognize the AIO and allow for setup? Please ensure that Armoury Crate is correctly updated and that you reboot the system before checking the settings again.
If the issue persists, could you please provide the following information to assist us in further diagnosing the issue:
- current BIOS version. If you have not yet updated to the latest version 3222, please update and clearing CMOS before confirming again.
- The PSU, RAM model and part number, and two .txt files generated in your Windows system via the steps below:
1) Press WIN + R on your keyboard to open the Run dialog, and type dxdiag → click OK.
2) Click Save All Information and select a save location → click Save.
3) Repeat the same steps with msinfo32 to generate the second file.
- the Armoury Crate version and a screen shot of the Armoury Crate Update Center
- refer to "Q5: What is App Diagnostics? (New Feature)" and record the Armoury Crate logs
Please ensure the “Record Log” option is enabled before reproducing the issue, including the specific conditions under which the RGB lighting malfunction occurs. Kindly record a video at the same time to help us better correlate the log data with the actual behavior. Once completed, please upload the files to a cloud storage service, grant access permissions, and share the link with us.
Lastly, if possible, we also recommend cross-testing with a different AIO cooler or CPU fan to isolate any potential hardware-related issues.
Thank you.
