After several attempts, I managed to start the computer, but the RAM only works in slot A2. If I add RAM to slots A2 and B2, the DRAM error light turns on, and the system does not start.
Is there a solution to this issue?

I'm having the same problem. After assembling, the orange DRAM LED stays on and the PC doesn't start. I've already changed the memories, and I've tested without them and nothing changes. I've waited for the memory learning period and nothing either. Unfortunately I can't get another processor or another motherboard to test.

Hi both,

Please ensure to wait 3 to 5 minutes for initial memory training to complete.

If unable to POST with memory inserted in B2, consider reseating the CPU and cooler. DIMM detection is most commonly due to improper pin-pad contact or overclocking instability.

Tried waiting 1 hour, nothing changed
Also reinstalled the processor, the problem remained
is this a problem with the motherboard? cuz DIMM is detecting in slots A1 and A2 at the same time, but i'ts not a dual channel
maybe i need to try older BIOS update not the last one?

Could the problem be that my RAM( KF560C30BBK2 ) is not on the list of supported ones on the website?photo_2024-12-29_19-41-10.jpg

Hello @akliiiim

May I ask if you are able to boot into BIOS when installing two memory modules in the DIMM_A2 and DIMM_B2 slots after clearing CMOS?
Additionally, when installing a single memory module in DIMM_B2, are you able to POST successfully?
ASUS has verified the motherboard for optimal stability and compatibility when installed with devices listed in the Memory QVL. If the above steps are successful, we recommend cross-testing with a memory module from the QVL list.
Please also verify that the CPU is properly installed, with no bent pins, and not installed too loosely or tightly, and refer to the manual to ensure that all other hardware components are correctly installed.

Thank you.
