Hello.
I inadvertently pulled apart both wires from the Q-antenna, near the connector, while disconnecting other cables from the back panel of my B850 PLUS WIFI motherboard. Both Q-antenna's wires broke while the connectors stayed attached to the motherboard's back panel. I have attached a picture of the issue below.
I have not been able to find an ASUS original replacement antenna. Would it be possible to get an antenna, or guidance on repairability?
I would also like to give ASUS feedback on making these wires a bit more resistant to traction failure, or the connector easier to come loose and prevent wire failure altogether. I have found a few cases of broken cables from this specific antenna on the forum, and find the connector wires particularly flimsy, as I did not even notice when I broke them, but later, when I saw the connectors with hanging broken wires still attached to the motherboard.
Finally, ASUS offering replacement parts on the store would be very welcome.
I am looking forward to your response.
Thank you.
