Hello!
I bought the motherboard a week ago, and I am unable to connect any bluetooth devices yet. I updated all the drivers and BIOS. Without the drivers, the Bluetooth Device was called "General Bluetooth device", after updating with Armoury Crate app, the "Realtek Bluetooth Device" is displayed in the Windows 11 Device Manager. I can now see all i.e. my speakers or bluetooth headset, but when connecting, the devices keep disconnecting. Both those works fine with my other Windows PC and IPhone, so there is no issue with the devices. All drives and Windows updates are installed.

I'm the same!
I think it was some windows update or the driver. I tried reinstalling everything that is bluetooth and asus drivers, and it didn't work. Also try restore point, and no. I just reinstalled windows and neither did I. Try. I don't know what's going on.

Hello @jasiek194
We apologize for the delayed response due to the recent local holiday.
Could you please provide the brand and model of your Bluetooth device?
Have the relevant drivers or firmware been updated to the latest version?
If you haven't updated BIOS to the latest version 3035 released on September 12, 2024, please consider updating and clearing CMOS before rechecking again.
Meanwhile, we recommend referring to the [Windows 11/10] Troubleshooting - Bluetooth Functionality Anomaly Issue guide.
Additionally, since Bluetooth connections can be affected by interference from other devices, please try reducing interference or shortening the connection distance to prevent instability issues.
Thank you.

So the devices I've tried are: SONY WH-1000XM4B ANC, Edifier R1280DB, Logitech MX Ergo. Non of them worked. I've updated all the drivers and Windows to latest. ALso my Bios is updated as well to 3035. CMOS was cleaned twice by me. All the devices are 50cm from the PC.

Have you connected the antenna?
@Silent_Scone No, from what I've read the antenna is only WIFI not Bluetooth related. Is that not the case?
Can depend on the SKU but majority of boards use the WIFI antenna for BT signal, yes.

@Silent_Scone It made no difference for me. With antenta it did not work aswell.

On the device manager, is the bluetooth device showing as properly installed?
Maybe you should seek help from an IT professional.
