Hello @JozkoMrkvicka
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Regarding the BIOS Flashback, the flashing indicator light suggests in the BIOS update process.
If you power off the system completely, turn off the PSU, clear CMOS, and then turn the PSU back on before immediately pressing the power button, does this help with booting?
We also recommend referring to the TUF GAMING B650-PLUS user manual to ensure there are no loose or faulty hardware connections. If possible, please cross-test with another PSU or power cable.
Based on the video you provided, we recommend contacting the retailer or ASUS local service team in your region to send the motherboard in for further hardware diagnostics.
Thank you.

Anything new? I have the same issue after upgrading windows (may be coincidence) and it looks very similar to issue described here: https://rog-forum.asus.com/t5/gaming-motherboards/asus-b650e-i-flashback-led-startup-problem/td-p/98...
The only thing that helps os exactly " then turn the PSU back on before immediately pressing the power button".
Is there any solution to this? It seems to be known issue.

Hello @Aralyon
May I ask what the model of the motherboard you are currently using is?
If you are experiencing the same issue and have already ruled out the power connection/power cable issue or conducted cross-testing with a different PSU without resolving the problem, please contact your retailer or ASUS local service to arrange for a repair and further diagnostics.
Should you encounter any issues during the repair process, please feel free to DM me with the repair details and product serial number, and I will assist you in verifying the progress and status.
Thank you.

Hi, I have ASUS ROG STRIX B650E-F GAMING WIFI and done all the steps I could (except cross testing with another CPU, as I simply do not have any other CPU to try with). I have also updated BIOS to the newest available stable version (3057).
The thing is - it works with sleep mode and it works few seconds after PSU is switched on, so I truly doubt it is issue of anything else but the MB itself.
So as long as there is workaround, I'd very much prefer waiting for confirmation on other's people issues, because replacing MB is the most annoying thing ever (along with necessity to buy another until the warranty repair is processed to not be without PC).

Same issue here with a PRIME B650-PLUS. I already tried all things suggested here and in other threads.
I wish there was an option to disable the Flashback feature in the bios.
It's so annoying to crawl under the desk every morning in order to hit the physical switch on the PSU and hit the power button within a second...

this works for me, but you got to be quick. After switching on the PSU, you have maybe 0.5 to 1 second to press the power button. As soon as the Flashback LED starts blinking, it's too late.
