I can't turn on the system while two RAMs are installed. In the preferred configuration which is B2 and A2 the mobo only reads the single slot (Which is 16GB). I managed to run it by putting the sticks in A1 and B2 slots ( the 3rd and 4th slots if starting from the CPU). But I have to to clear CMOS for every single boot it always ends up with static DRAM QLED after every restart.

1. Ensure to wait 3 to 5 minutes for DRAM training to complete.
2. If no success, remove the CPU cooler and CPU. Inspect the socket and CPU pin-pad for damage or debris.
3. Remount the CPU. Make sure to have consistent mounting pressure per the cooling vendor's instructions.
Most DIMM detection issues are due to improper CPU pin pad contact.
