Hello, I have a small problem, namely on Saturday evening I turned off the computer normally, the next day I try to turn it on and nothing happens, in the end I manage to fire via the reset Cmos button, I used the computer for 20 minutes, then it turned off and could not be turned it on, the power supply is working all the time, but I can't start it, the bios is the latest, and only the store where I bought it in October 2023 can return the warranty or complaints, the store claims that the warranty was only for a year and on the asusa website the warranty status is until 2026 How to enter the serial number. What can I do in such a situation?

Hi @Nivero

Can you confirm which, if any, of the Q-LEDs are lit?

the rear LED does not light up, only the board's LED backlight does

The Q-LEDs are situated on the motherboard on the top right.

they don't light up

I've moved the thread to ROG Care for the attention of service.

In the meantime, you can check:

  • The 24-pin motherboard power connector and any EPS 8-pin CPU power connectors are fully seated.
  • The GPU power cables are correctly plugged in, with no loose or partially connected pins.

What makes you think it's that? Is the flashback button constantly flashing despite you not pressing it?
