Hello Guys, first time posting in the Asus Community!
After flashing my Bios with several USB-Sticks with several BIOS-Versions, still stuck at the Q-Code 63. Tested my system without my GPU and only with one RAM at every slot, testet without CPU-Cooling... Is my mainboard broken, is my CPU broken, or is it a compatibility problem?
Thanks for helping!

Hello, @Vu_Thomas
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Could you please clarify if this issue occurred after the PC was first built or after using it for some time and occurred following any recent changes, such as a BIOS update or component replacement?
According to the ROG STRIX Z690-E GAMING WIFI user manual, Q-code 63 indicates that "CPU DXE initialization is started," suggesting a CPU issue was detected during the boot process.
When the system fails to boot, are there any Q-LED indicator lights on?
We recommend checking if the CPU is properly installed and if any CPU pins are bent, and kindly ensure that the current BIOS version is 2703 or later.
