Asus Strix B850 E Gaming Wifi PCIe 5x16 Issue

I have a Problem with the Speed from my PCIe 1 Slot (5x16)

I have 3 SSDs at M.2_1, M.2_4 and M.2_5 and one 5080 at the top PCIe Slot. It still run at 5x8 and not 5x16 Lanes.

Samsung 990 Pro 2TB at M.2_Slot1
Samsung 970 Evo 500Gb at M.2_Slot4
Samsung 980 1TB at M.2_Slot 5

I read that some other People have the same Problem here. Latest Bios and Driver are installed. Maybe we have here a Software Bug?

So, now i tested all Slots with a single NVME SSD and my RTX 5080. Same Problem..
Also when no NVME Slot is used, only with a SATA SSD, the Problem is still there.

At the german Amazon Shop, i read one Review from somebody with same Problems...he had  with Chipset and GPU Lanes. Still only 8 Lanes oder no GPU

I got a second one from Amazon right now, it works without Problems. So the Upper Board is broken.
