Asus rog x670e hero shows code "0d" after system restart

Hello everyone,

I've been encountering a recurring issue with my PC recently. Sometimes, after the system has been on for a while and I try to restart it, I get error code "0d" displayed on my motherboard. To resolve this and boot up correctly, I have to perform a hard shutdown, after which the system boots up normally.

This problem started occurring recently, more than a year and a half after I initially built the system. It coincided with upgrades including new Corsair QX fans and switching from an ASUS Strix 3090 to an ASUS TUF 4070 Ti Super GPU.

Here's what I've tried so far to resolve the issue:

- Tested different BIOS versions
- Replaced CPU with Ryzen 9 7900X3D
- Replaced motherboard to the same model  ROG X670E Hero
- Installed a new AIO cooler, Corsair iCUE LINK H150i
- Tested with different RAM kits, Corsair Vengeance 6000MHz 2x16GB

My PC specifications are as follows:

- Motherboard: Asus ROG X670E Hero
- CPU: Previously Ryzen 7 7800X3D, now Ryzen 9 7900X3D
- GPU: ASUS TUF 4070 Ti Super 16GB
- PSU: Corsair RM-1200X SHiFT
- RAM: Corsair Vengeance 5200MHz 2x16GB (32GB total)
- Case: Corsair 5000X RGB
- Fans and CPU Cooler: Corsair iCUE LINK ecosystem
- Storage: 2x Samsung 990 Pro 1TB, 1x Samsung 980 Pro 2TB

Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated!

Ok anticipating more problem from wu today, i flashed 2303 and enabled memory contex state, one or the other actually improved the situation, when i rebooted for update and i got the usual D0 qled, i pressed reset and it actually booted right up instead of just looping back to D0 , so i did not have to clear cmos as usual , so i enabled hags , same worked and also disabling hags again i just have to use reset progress iguess ...

im having same issues. 0d when rebooting. i have x870e hero. does uninstalling AC is the only way?

I am not sure if it does the trick at all. Would be good ASUS would look into this and not let their customers find a solution.

I can't believe with the new x870e motherboards. This issue follows, it makes me want to not bother upgrading. I have a MSI x670e carbon and I'm dealing with 0D errors, C5 errors that I fixed. And the random 97 error. I was thinking to move to Asus Gaming E x870e but now I am not sure

Had the same issue with my Gigabyte X670 Board. Don't know what it is. Bought an Asus Board and same problem even with a RMA CPU.

Because it's probably a conflict issue...

Did you have iCUE installed? Seems to me looking at the people reporting this they often have multiple tools that poll the system installed.  Honestly it sounds like it's something AMD need to address.

I've tried almost everything listed in this thread.  Just built this pc and I get the 0d code on random restarts as well.  Would love to hear something from ASUS or AMD.

The problem is d0 on every reboot. My worst purchase of hardware. Considering the cost of the assembly, the user should not have problems with the operation of the system.
